Patient/Fetus Dosimetry Assessment
Zenith Radiation Safety can calculate the quantity of radiation absorbed by a specific part of the body as well as the total body effective dose. Assessments can be performed prior to a radiation examination to anticipate expected exposure, or by recreating the circumstances of an existing exposure to determine the actual dose received.
For patients or staff who are pregnant or may be pregnant, we can perform a fetal dose assessment across all X-ray types and provide a detailed risk analysis for every exposure from different apparatus outputs.
